Is wood safe for packaging food products?

Absolutely. Our poplar plywood and the absence of toxic glues in the assembly guarantee compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials in contact with food. There is no chemical migration and no odours that interfere with the nuances of your EVOO.

Do they hold 500 ml glass bottles well?

Yes. The boxes are designed to hold up to 3 kg of static weight: plenty for one or two 500 ml bottles or up to three 250 ml bottles, even in thick glass.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on the factory workload, the quantity and whether it is branded: up to 20 working days and often less. The configurator shows you the exact shipping date before you pay, and there is express shipping if you are short of time.

What if my bottle does not fit the sizes on the website?

We make boxes to measure. Write to us with the body diameter, the height with the cap on and how many bottles you want to present, and we’ll tell you whether we can make it and how soon.

Do the boxes arrive assembled?

No: they arrive flat, which is exactly what saves on space and transport. You assemble them by hand in 20-30 seconds with the twist-lock corner pieces, without tools.

Can I return them if I’m not happy?

Every order is made to your measurements, so it cannot be returned. That is what the sample pack is for: €19.99 with a €19.99 voucher for your order of 50 boxes or more.

Is this packaging in line with the new EU packaging regulation (PPWR)?

Yes, it is in line with what the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) calls for: the box can be reused, taken apart and recycled. The wood comes from fast-growing poplar plantations with forestry certification (Grow). The standard corner pieces are plastic and, for a small surcharge, you can choose recyclable bioplastic ones.

Can I see the quality of the laser engraving before committing?

Of course. The best way to understand the quality and structural strength is to hold it in your hands. That is why we offer sample packs with fast shipping in 48-72h.

Your bottle of early-harvest EVOO is heavy. It needs dark glass to protect against oxidation. But when you put that 500 ml gem into unsuitable packaging, three things happen:

It devalues your selling price
