Does the wood pass any smell or taste on to the coffee?

The wood is poplar with no varnish or toxic glues, suitable for food contact, and the coffee travels inside its own valve bag. The box adds structure and presentation; the aroma barrier is still the bag.

Do the boxes protect the degassing valves on my coffee bags?

Absolutely. The poplar plywood acts as a solid exoskeleton that absorbs impacts in transit. The one-way valves and zip closures of your stand-up pouches are mechanically protected, ensuring that the aromatic volatiles reach the consumer’s cup intact.

Do 250 g and 1 kg bags fit in the boxes?

Yes. We have multiple formats designed to hold everything from single-dose sachets and 250 g bags to 1 kg stand-up pouches. Our team will advise you on the ideal model for each product line.

What if my bag does not fit the catalogue sizes?

We cut to measure. Write to us with the width, depth and height of the bag and how many you want to present, and we’ll tell you what we can do and how soon.

Can I ship it by courier as it is?

The wooden box is for presentation. To ship it to the end customer, you would normally protect it inside a shipping carton, as with any gift box.

How much weight does a box take?

Up to 3 kg of contents, plenty for a tasting pack, a 250 g subscription or a kit with a mug and accessories.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on the factory workload, the quantity and whether it is branded: up to 20 working days and often less. The configurator shows you the exact shipping date before you pay, and there is express shipping if you are short of time.

Do the boxes arrive assembled?

No: they arrive flat, which is exactly what saves on space and transport. You assemble them by hand in 20-30 seconds with the twist-lock corner pieces, without tools.

Can I return them if I’m not happy?

Every order is made to your measurements, so it cannot be returned. That is what the sample pack is for: €19.99 with a €19.99 voucher for your order of 50 boxes or more.

Is it in line with the new EU packaging regulation (PPWR)?

Yes, it is in line with what the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) calls for: the box can be reused, taken apart and recycled. The poplar comes from fast-growing plantations with forestry certification (Grow), and assembly uses no glue. The standard corner pieces are plastic; for a small surcharge you can choose recyclable bioplastic ones.

Can I engrave tasting notes, farm altitudes and logos?

Of course. Our high-precision laser engraving lets you capture logos, farm altitudes, roast profiles or tasting notes with a tactile, indelible finish. From just 50 units. The best way to assess it is with our sample pack which you will receive in 48-72h.
