Is there a surcharge for small runs?
Only below 50 units. From 50 units onward we apply industrial pricing without surcharges.
Is personalization included?
There are no design or plate fees. Laser engraving is charged per unit, from 0.10 EUR per side, starting at 50 units. Full-color printing and special die-cuts off-catalog are billed separately.
Why are you cheaper than a solid wood box?
Because we redesigned the format (flat-pack), the material (calibrated poplar) and the process (laser cutting in series). Same wood, optimized.
Does the price include VAT and shipping?
The configurator price is pre-VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on country and volume.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, automatic tiers from 500, 1000 and 5000 units. Larger volumes are quoted on request.
