    Instant assembly

Wooden boxes that assemble in 20-30 seconds, without tools

No screws, no staples, no glue. A tab-and-slot system designed so anyone on the team can prep the box during a demand peak — without long instructions.

    Instant assembly

Fast assembly is what makes flat-pack delivery viable

Traditional wooden boxes are shipped pre-assembled because building them with screws, staples or glue would be slow and require tools. The result: they take 5 to 10 times more space in your warehouse and in transport than if they shipped flat. To send them flat without pushing that work onto you, assembly had to stop being a problem. So we designed a tab-and-slot system where each box clicks together in around 20-30 seconds, with no tools, no training and no possible mistake. You get both advantages at once: the logistics savings of flat-pack and an assembly so fast it adds zero friction to daily packing, even during demand peaks.

    What makes assembly so fast

Not a marketing trick. Engineered millimeter by millimeter so parts click in first try.

    • Tabs with sub-0.2 mm tolerance: click in cleanly without forcing.
    • Single correct assembly order: only one way to fit the parts, so no possible mistakes.
    • No glue or screws: rigidity comes from the geometry of the joints, not adhesives.
    • Finish identical to a factory-assembled box: clean joints with no visible gaps.
    • One-page visual instructions for the first orders. After the second, nobody needs them.

    When assembly speed is critical

Some sectors treat packaging as part of the operational flow, not a separate step.

    Events & catering

Hundreds of boxes assembled in one morning, no need for extra staff dedicated only to packing.

    Christmas peaks

E-commerce teams that double their average order for 6 weeks and cannot double headcount.

    Just-in-time production

Brands that prefer to keep the box flat and assemble only what ships each day.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need training to assemble it?

No. Anyone can assemble it first try with a single instruction sheet. After the second or third assembly nobody needs the sheet.

Does it hold without glue or screws?

Yes. Rigidity comes from joint geometry. The box supports typical product weight (up to 3 kg per format).

    What if a tab breaks?

We send free replacement parts if it is a manufacturing defect. In normal use the joint system does not break.

    Can I disassemble and reassemble?

Yes, always. Since there is no glue and no screws, you can take the box apart and reassemble it as many times as you want without losing rigidity.
