What format should I send for engraving?
Ideally vector: SVG, AI, PDF or EPS. If you only have a high-resolution PNG or JPG, we can work with it, but vector gives a cleaner result.
Can I engrave on multiple faces?
Yes. The most common options are lid + interior or lid + side. Six-face engraving is also possible.
Does color printing hold up over time?
Yes. UV ink cures instantly under ultraviolet light and bonds to the wood. It resists friction, ambient humidity and normal handling.
Can I combine laser and printing?
Yes. It is common to use laser for the main logo and color printing for icons or secondary illustration.
Will I see a proof before the run?
